We have been staying there for the last three weeks. On Monday, May 6, 2024 there was some confusion about the payment. The person that was working the front desk was the most disrespectful person. She was rude and really didn't care whether we resolved the issue at hand. She was actually yelling on the phone and kept saying the same dumb thing over and over again.

The front desk staff was friendly when checking in and out. Although the room was hot when I initially walked in, the air conditioner cooled the room quickly. The room was organized and the property was located right off main road do easy access to get around.

Clean unit, preferred ground floor (Husband health issues) and they fulfilled request- thank you! I chose Red Roof for pet policy, we travel with our elderly Golden Retriever. Gentleman at desk was very welcoming and check in was quick.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast, just coffee at the reception. The hotel is located at the main road, not much around there. A nice BBQ place is within walking distance.
